自然共生下的“朋克养生馆”

引 | 缘起origin

本项目为中海原有示范区改造,通过对城市文化、客群、建筑特征、功能空间构成的分析,将该地块的景观升级,激活地块潜在魅力,改善城市绿色生态环境,打造成为一个与周边客群高度匹配的城市休闲“街头公园”。仿生叠变，“巢”流前线。整体设计以“裂变与升华”为主题，通过蜂巢模块的重组、演变，打造了一个建筑景观内外趣味潮流的沉浸式“朋克养生馆”。建成后的公园也将无偿提供给周边居民使用，将原示范区升级成为符合新项目客群定位，同时又开放给老项目客户的城市休闲街头公园。

The project is the transformation of the original demonstration area of Zhonghai. Through the analysis of urban culture, customer base, architectural characteristics and functional space composition, the landscape of the plot will be upgraded, the potential charm of the plot will be activated, the urban green ecological environment will be improved, and an urban leisure "street Park" highly matching the surrounding customer base will be built.   Bionic superposition, "nest" flow front. With the theme of "fission and sublimation", the overall design creates an immersive "punk Health Museum" with interesting trends inside and outside the architectural landscape through the reorganization and evolution of the honeycomb module. The completed park will also be provided to the surrounding residents free of charge, and the original demonstration area will be upgraded into an urban leisure Street Park in line with the customer group positioning of the new project and open to the customers of the old project.

被打散、重组、互嵌、围合的半私密退台花园，是生活馆的核心模块

乌柏树下的丛林乐园，采用“蜂”味十足的设计

融合了滑梯、攀爬墙、趣味蹦床、跳房子等IP设施

让孩童们肆意沉浸、玩耍，大人也能乐享童趣时光

ENJOYDESIGN燕语堂在“茶研所”的设计中，以“朋克养生”为题植入闽南茶文化，通过一种全新的面貌将源远流长的茶文化链接年轻群体的生活方式，从传统文化到新型社交，让人们在体验中感受传承千年的禅意精神与年轻化语境的碰撞。

将“茶”字拆开，可见人在草木间。在树下乘凉喝茶的惬意，一如陶渊明诗中的“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”，这不仅是爱茶人的美好回忆，也是都市人所向往的生活。
