在现今社会，人们对于日常生活的追求日益多样丰富，闲暖时的活动范围逐渐从个人的居所扩展至更广阔的社区空间。在这种背景下，我们需要紧紧围绕让人发生连接的初衷，进行架空层的场景营造，打造让居民在社区的怀抱中尽情释放欢愉和活力的空间，为社区整体创造卓越的品质与品味。

In today's society, people's pursuit of daily life is increasingly diverse and rich, and the scope of activities in leisure and warmth gradually expands from personal residence to broader community space. In this context, we need to closely focus on the original intention of connecting people, create a scene on the overhead floor, create a space for residents to release their joy and vitality in the embrace of the community, and create excellent quality and taste for the community as a whole.

At present, people are increasingly pursuing the richness of daily life, and their leisure activities are gradually shifting from their homes to a broader community space. An overhead floor without fear of wind and rain has become an ideal second living room in the community, bearing the enthusiasm of people who don't live together after returning home, so that everyone can release their joy and vitality without leaving the community.

位于9栋架空层的老人活动区，是针对老人易感到孤独的心理，专门打造出一个适合儿童游乐的老人活动场所。设置锻炼区、品茗区、棋牌区等，为老年人提供社交场，并穿插设置儿童游乐设施，让孩子给他们带来活力和幸福感，填充了平淡的老年生活。

Located in 9 overhead floors, the activity area for the elderly is a special activity place for the elderly, which is suitable for children's play. Set up exercise areas, tea drinking areas, chess and cards areas, etc., to provide social venues for the elderly, and interspersed with children's play facilities, so that children can bring them vitality and happiness, filling the dull life of the elderly.

在设计上参考了清华教授周燕珉对养老建筑的部分理念对活动区进行人性化细节提升：针对老人视力退化、腿脚不便、握力下降等身体机能问题，在提供老人的锻炼场所之余，还将放大标识、增强色彩明度、增设缓坡、增加宽大型扶手等，让老人能够充分自在舒适地使用架空层场地。

In the design, reference was made to some ideas of Zhou Yanmin, a professor of Tsinghua, on the old-age building to improve the humanized details of the activity area: in view of the physical problems of the elderly, such as poor eyesight, inconvenient legs and feet, and decreased grip strength, in addition to providing exercise places for the elderly, signs will be enlarged, color brightness will be enhanced, gentle slopes will be added, and large handrails will be added, so that the elderly can fully and comfortably use the overhead space.

健康的生活方式，也是新型社交场，半室外的空间布局，既保留了室内运动的舒适感，也能如户外运动般，与自然互动。同时也成为人与人互动的发生器，让连接”效应不断被放大。
