项目概况 / PROJECT OVERVIEW

资阳市地处四川盆地中部资水（沱江）以北，山南水北谓之阳，故名资阳。其依托千年文化底蕴，在国家战略大背景下迸发出勃勃生机和活力。

Ziyang is a city located in the north of Zi River (Tuojiang River) in central Sichuan Basin. As yang refers to such a location that is in the south of a mountain and the north of a river, the city is named Ziyang (in the north of the Zi River). Blessed by its thousand-year cultural legacy and national strategy, the city is radiant with vigor and vitality.

设计概念 /  DESIGN CONCEPT

三贤故里，蜀人原乡，立足成渝主轴，当年轻的资阳再出发，正如鲲鹏的成长之路，“风之积也不厚,则其负大翼也无力”，引入“鲲鹏掠沱江”的设计理念，构筑具有独特文化脉络的空间场地。

步入前厅，艺术楼梯与金属格栅相叠，借由格栅的虚实效果凸显楼梯主体的雕塑美感。又因材质的延续、叠加使用，释放出精简纯粹的张力将访客的视觉聚焦点引到艺术装置上。

The unique urban stamp of the water-blessed city is preserved, lending momentum to the kunpeng as it rises along the spiral staircase; waves rise on the sea, revealing the mystery of nature; with "kunpeng message" to convey the implied meaning of success, it servers as both the journey and the starting point.

02「 蹈 · 历 」

读万卷书

行万里路

The kunpeng rides into the "river and sea", raising mountains of waves, turning the “sea” into “ocean of books”, where people explore the silent and the unknown, forging ahead in the tide of the city and the times.

旋转楼梯串联起一二层的设计语言，在空间布局中围绕楼梯设置了环形书廊，内外弧形相互呼应，加强了空间的艺术感趣味性。坐在环形吧台位置的便能看到破光而跃的鲲鹏装置，书廊顶部天花运用了银色水波纹板，增加了这方天地的纵深感。

The spiral staircase, as part of the design language, connects the first and second floors; a circular book gallery is set around the staircase in the spatial layout, with the interior and exterior arcs echoing mutually and adding an artistic tint and interestingness to the space. Sitting in the circular bar, one can see the light and the kunpeng device as if trying to break away from the light; the ceiling of the gallery decorated with silver water corrugated panels increases the depth of the space.

遨游书中海，鹏开万里路。鲲鹏完成跃升，涌动的漩涡一圈圈回旋，通过曲线与金属的具象表达，叩响更广阔的天地之门。

03「 畅 · 游 」

万物共生

终寻归宿

浅洽区缓缓上升的飘带，承载鹏程万里的磅礴之势，立柱式洽谈桌与若隐若现的沱江水纹呼应，契合了“扶摇直上九万里”的故事线，塑造立体感。

The idle chat area sees the slowly rising ribbon bearing the majestic potential of the kunpeng’s  long flight; the column type negotiating table echoes with the Tuojiang water, weaving the story line of  "soaring higher" and shaping a stereoscopic sense.

空间区域层次划分，进行故事线的延续，浅洽是畅游，深洽是回归。从生活的本真出发，打开思想的桎梏，回归灵魂深处的向往，探索最为自在的精神内核。

Hierarchical division of spatial areas extends the story line. If idle chat is freely travel, then a deep talk is a return. That is, proceed from the essence of life, break the shackles of thought, return to the depths of the yearning soul, and explore the most comfortable spiritual core.

The deep talk area features full glass curtain with large vision lighting, presenting a pure and ethereal realm; soft decoration unfolds and extends naturally along the spatial structure, engaging the space and people's real feelings in a dialogue, and starting the next journey of exploration.

儿童区以“童趣手工DIY”为主题，百变魔法空间，恰如大海的神秘，又有无限的开放性，小朋友们通过实践获得新知，带着探索与冒险精神，与鲲一起成长。

The children's area, themed "children's fun DIY", is as magic a space as the mysterious sea, its infinite openness allowing the children to gain new knowledge through practice, grow up with the kunpeng in the spirit of exploration and adventure.

对“资阳天翊京皓·云麓177”来说，售楼处未尝不是一次前瞻性的探索，在其人杰地灵的川中腹地，开启一场“扶摇直上九万里”的空间体验，于此，勇敢奋进，自在生长。

For “Ziyang Tianyi Jinghao · Yunlu 177”，the sales office is, as it were, a forward-looking exploration, a space experience of "soaring higher" in the hinterland of Sichuan, the land of outstanding men, and a place for people to give wings to their dreams.
