项目不惜重金，联袂成都非遗文化，配合下沉会所，以“蓝绿环绕，三坊共融，三园成网”为特征实现丰富的空间立体质感与深度，打造高品质生活宜居地。The project has spared no expense in joining hands with Chengdu's non-heritage culture, and with the sunken clubhouse, the project is characterised by ‘blue and green surroundings, three neighbourhoods, and three gardens’ to realise the rich three-dimensional texture and depth of the space, and to create a high-quality living place for the people.
步入廊道，历史的回音与未来的展望交织，大厅对标奢华酒店丰富多元的场景设计，为业主创造更有品位的生活，让业主在家门口就可拥有第二客厅的居住体验。Stepping into the corridor, the echoes of history and the prospect of the future are intertwined, and the hall is benchmarked against the rich and diversified scene design of luxury hotels to create a more tasteful life for the owners, so that they can have the living experience of a second living room at their doorstep.接待前厅金属蚀刻的设计灵感来源茶山，新芽连绵，转变为一处处简洁流畅的线条，带来独特的视觉体验。光影交织间，让人仿佛置身于别致的金沙魅力中。The metal etching design of the reception lobby is inspired by the tea mountain, where the new buds are continuous and transformed into a place of clean and smooth lines, bringing a unique visual experience. The interplay of light and shadow makes you feel as if you are in the chic glamour of Golden Sands.
转身踱步，大幅度的玻璃裹挟轻盈的羽毛映入眼帘。汲取竹编工艺的艺术玻璃与前台廊道的独具特色的金属格栅设计遥相呼应，艺术的抽象手法被巧妙运用，为莅临的宾客勾勒出一幅冠绝金沙的生动画卷。Turning the corner, a large glass panel, wrapped in a feather-light design, catches the eye. The artistic glass, which draws on bamboo weaving, is echoed in the distinctive metal grille design of the front gallery, where artistic abstraction is used to create a vivid picture of the Golden Sands for guests.
于细微处流淌着国宾“日照锦城头，朝光散花楼”的蓬勃大气质感。In the subtle flow of the State Guest, ‘the sun shines on the head of the city, and the morning light scatters the flowers building’
国宾华曦府不惜成本，在多数住宅都在做「减配」或是「简版」的时候，以国际高奢生活方式业态及极致鼎奢的工艺与品质，打造国宾华曦府唯一一所1500㎡下沉式会所。The State-Guest Hua Xi Mansion has spared no expense to build the only 1500m2 sunken clubhouse in the State-Guest Hua Xi Mansion with the international high luxury lifestyle style and the ultimate extravagance craftsmanship and quality when most of the residences are doing the ‘reduced’ or ‘simplified version’.
洽谈区从生活场景出发，白色典雅的家具古雅而不失精丽，吧台中央悬置的金属雕刻logo醒目而柔和，围合高谈，空间背景下蜀绣技艺与地域的财富观念就此巧妙结合。Negotiation area from the scene of life, white elegant furniture elegant and not lose refined, bar hanging in the centre of the metal engraved logo eye-catching and soft, surrounded by high talk, the space in the background of Shu embroidery techniques and the concept of wealth of the region is cleverly combined.
沙盘区高悬的空间形制下，长达数十米的艺术灯具倾泻而下，使得这份来源金沙三星堆铜鸟翅羽的灵感，碰撞延续了“国宾·华曦府”传统又现代的生活美学。Under the high hanging space of the sand tray area, tens of metres of artistic lamps and lanterns pour down, making this inspiration from the copper bird wing feathers of the Jinsha Sanxingdui, a collision that continues the traditional and modern living aesthetics of the ‘State-Guest-Jiangshan Huaxi Mansion’.
以羽喻人，金沙厚重的历史文脉就此沉淀。浮光流转间，空间与人有机互动，构筑成一道倾城的艺术回廊。With the feather as a metaphor for people, Jinsha's thick historical lineage is precipitated. Between the floating light and the flow, the space and people interact organically, constructing an artistic corridor in the city.
整体设计中，设计师巧妙地把空间、功能及文化三要素融为一体，并在软装中不着痕迹地把金沙的知名的历史文脉，如太阳神鸟，三星堆铜乌等一一揉杂其中，实现了自然顺畅的过度、连续以及整体感的完美协调。In the overall design, the designer skilfully integrates the three elements of space, function and culture, and rubs Jinsha's well-known historical veins, such as the Sun God Bird and the Sanxingdui Copper Woo, into the soft furnishings without a trace, realising the natural smooth excess, continuity and the perfect coordination of the overall sense.市井茶巷，高谈阔论，国宾礼仪的文化里离不开茶的结交，八方商贾，静坐观茶，让茶室即使身处下沉式空间，也可以共享庭院中的自然景色，给茶室带来生机感。City tea alley, high talk, the culture of state etiquette can not be separated from the tea of friendship, businessmen and businesswomen from all directions, sit quietly to watch the tea, so that the tea room, even if it is in the sunken space, you can also share the natural scenery in the courtyard, to bring a sense of vitality to the tea room.
茶室布置讲究，泼墨的艺术作品，翠绿的玉质摆件，让艺术为空间赋能，成为空间的话题与焦点。The tea room is well-decorated, with ink-splashed artworks and jade ornaments of emerald green, so that art empowers the space and becomes the topic and focus of the space.
旁侧空白区域运用花卉、艺术茶几和造型背景诉说着在地的历史渊源，使得静态空间焕发勃勃生机。The blank area on the side is enlivened with flowers, an artistic coffee table and a stylised backdrop that speaks to the history of the place, bringing the static space to life.落地玻璃透过光线的巧妙运用，引入光影到围合式下沉会所空间，模糊室内外边界，透过充满光照的下沉庭院，形成室内外的连动。窗外点点绿意用有故事的空间，营造出独特的文化氛围。The floor-to-ceiling glass introduces light and shadow into the enclosed sunken club space through the clever use of light, blurring the indoor and outdoor boundaries, and forming an indoor-outdoor linkage through the light-filled sunken courtyard. The greenery outside the window creates a unique cultural atmosphere with a storytelling space.
以城市中心的精英人群生活场景为基础，我们在国宾华曦府下沉式会所集成了阅读室、私宴区、健身房、儿童乐园等功能空间，提供给业主归家之后的舒适休憩感。Based on the living scene of the elite people in the city centre, we have integrated the reading room, private banquet area, gym, children's playground and other functional spaces in the sunken clubhouse of Guobin Huaxi Mansion, providing owners with a comfortable sense of rest after returning home.
步入阅读室，我们意图运用简练明快的线条与色彩，创造出恬淡清丽的审美体验。Stepping into the reading room, we intend to use simple and clear lines and colours to create an aesthetic experience of serenity and clarity.
摈弃冗杂繁琐的设计，阅读室软装陈设巧妙融合宏阔雅韵与质感美学，搭配稳重的木质元素，营造沉浸式阅读体验，抵达内心的宁静。Abandoning cumbersome design, the soft furnishings in the reading room are a clever blend of grand elegance and textural aesthetics, paired with robust wood elements to create an immersive reading experience that arrives at inner tranquillity.
私宴区位于地下空间场域正中，羽毛片装的造型吊灯高雅叠错，在灯光勾勒下，让身处此场景下的访客直观地领略下沉式庭院的动态美。The private dining area is located in the middle of the underground space, and the elegantly stacked chandeliers with feathered pieces, outlined in the light, allow visitors in this scene to intuitively appreciate the dynamic beauty of the sunken courtyard.
整个设计围绕着下沉庭院自然景象而展开，设计师通过自然之景，表达建筑本体的轻盈与融合。熙攘聚首，推杯换盏间，艺术与精神和谐交融，尽享国宾倾城盛景。The whole design revolves around the natural scenery of the sunken courtyard, and the designer expresses the lightness and integration of the building body through the natural scenery. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the gathering, art and spirit are harmoniously blended, enjoying the state guest's view of the city.
端景对外景，寓生机于设计。借此景，视野得以无限延伸；窗外绿植以写意笔触营造归家的极致仪式感，光影流动、意境悠然。The view from the end to the outside is designed with vitality. Through this view, the vision can be extended indefinitely; the greenery outside the window creates the ultimate sense of homecoming rituals by means of artistic brushstrokes, and the light and shadow flow in a leisurely mood.
临窗而设的餐桌，将窗外下沉式庭院景致引入室内桌上，桌面奢石的摩登现代与皮革的素雅沉稳，两者肌理相协调，彰显材质的纯粹之美。Dining table set up by the window, will be outside the window sunken courtyard scenery into the indoor table, desktop luxury stone modern and leather elegant calm, both texture coordination, highlighting the pure beauty of the material.
契合现代人们的生活方式，健身房的设计利用庭院的高低落差将地上与地下的空间连接起来，囊括力量与有氧训练设备，旨在满足不同健身需求。业主们在此可尽情挥洒汗水，让人们在锻炼身体的同时也能够享受自然的美感。In keeping with modern lifestyles, the gym is designed to utilise the difference in height of the courtyard to connect the above and below ground spaces, and includes strength and cardio training equipment designed to meet different fitness needs.Homeowners can work up a sweat here, allowing people to work out and enjoy the beauty of nature at the same time.
清新自然的绿色巧妙融入植物元素的美学意象，映照孩子们鲜明且浓烈的个性追求，在方寸之间构筑一方追逐梦想的小天地。The fresh and natural green colour is cleverly integrated into the aesthetic imagery of plant elements, mirroring the children's distinctive and strong personality pursuits, and building a small world to pursue their dreams within a square inch.
在国宾·华曦府售楼部中，德思蒙起笔文化艺术赋能空间设计，深研在地人文背景下有策略地解决客户需求使金沙历史文脉与国宾圈层体验相得益彰，呈现出动人的倾城之境。In the sales department of the State Guest - Jiangshan Huaxi Mansion, Desmond started the pen culture and art empowered spatial design, and deeply researched the local humanities background and strategically solved the customer's needs so that the Jinsha historical cultural lineage and the State Guest circle experience complemented each other, presenting a touching and fascinating situation of the city.
